2009 Mercedes GL series Thule Atlantis Box

This morning I had a customer come in with a 2009 GL series Mercedes Benz. He needed a cargo box to carry extra gear for a family with four sons! The features most important to him were the size, and the color.  The box we ended up installing was a Thule Atlantis 2100 in Silver. The Atlantis 2100 is the largest Thule box we sell at 21 cubic feet; the box spans 36 inches across in width and 92 inches long, which will fit skis up to 230cms.

At first, the customer was concerned about the fit of the box onto his large Mercedes roof bars. The box installed easily to the factory mounted roof bars with a secure fit and matched the vehicle beautifully.
